link in C

hi guys:
is it possible to create a link in C programming, like web links. like on the web.

Well, C is capable of almost anything that any other languages
are capable of. The thing is, it's just worth the pain and suffering
using C to do it. HTML or VB would be a better language for
implementing such things.
