One of my friends has a problem with Paint Shop Pro 6. They've been doing a *.jpeg file, and when they try to add text, it closes the program as they are pushing "ok" to add the text they've typed. Sometimes it tells her there's a memory problem but she's defragmented, deleted large files, and even run vdiag.exe (Graphics Diagnostics for DOS). Any ideas? She's using Win2000
